Robin’s weight loss journey began in January 2012.  Robin joined Lighten Up Nashua in May 2012 and continued losing, She lost an incredible 137 pounds What Eating Habits did Robin change to help her succeed? Jasons's Success Story

When Jason joined the Lighten Up program with a group of coworkers, his goal was to take off 30 pounds from his 332-pound frame. Having dieted off and on in the past, he knew that he could achieve that modest goal, but his immediate success with the program encouraged him to set a new, goal. To-date, Jason has lost 82 pounds!

Participants who maintain their current weight or lose weight during this time period, will be entered into a random drawing, one male and one female, for a $50 Whole Foods gift card!
